I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed SF Wheels yet! I’ve been a regular customer for a few years, and refer everyone I know for e-bike service. Kind, humble, skilled, reasonable, and fast! You couldn’t ask for more in a bike shop. This place is a gem.

My brand new Lectric XP4 rear brake lever felt spongy and would barely brake. The Bike Connection on Folsom St recommended me to SF Wheels for service repairs it turned out my rear brakes had air trapped in the hydraulic brake line. Quick and professional service at SF Wheels took less than 2hrs to fix my brakes. Would definitely recommend for ebike services.

Best services I could have asked for. Ethan and Jimmy are the two nicest SF Wheels associates. I called to ask for a bike box and both were so helpful. Jimmy even measured the box dimensions. They didn't even make any sales. Thank you so much!

They threw out (probably sold) my $2100 Apollo scooter because I was out of the country and couldn’t pick up in 30 days. Some so called policy which I was not made aware of beforehand. Be careful y’all. Never letting them see my phantom.

I rented e-bike my second day at SF from here and my day was so wonderful. I was able to travel more freely and hit all the tourist spots that I wanted to go to. Bike rail in SF is so amazing and was able to go literally anywhere from golden gate to Japan Town ◡̈ On my last day, I wanted to rent the e-bike again to visit sausalito and was so amazing. Only took 50mins to get there and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t stop gasping while biking 🚴‍♀️❤️ I would definitely come back to SF Wheels again on my next visit. The staffs were very nice and informative. Highly recommend this spot. You won’t regret!!!!! *they let you borrow the helmet, U lock, phone stand, and water bottle holder which was so helpful.
